Brian Robery started his percussion career in a state champion competitive drum line and marching band which was honored by an invitation to march in the 1996 Rose Bowl parade. He went on to Western Il. University where he was involved in jazz band, several combos, and steel band as well as a few cover bands. From 1990 to 1998 he played for Uncle John’s Band, which included recording a CD and opening for Merle Saunders at the Oak Theatre in Chicago. He has also done many recording projects and is currently working with members of Dark Star Orchestra in project called Bug Juice.
